Higher Education in the Incarceration Population

Blacks and Latinos are the population which is mostly impacted by mass incarceration, therefore as we celebrate Latino Heritage Month we want to use this platform to outline the various benefits of facilitating access to higher education for the people who have criminal justice involvement.
